Silver can't remember the last time he had free time. He was a naturally busy person--relaxing and doing a hobby such as Benedict's sketches strikes him as particularly strange. He still finds him interested, though. Even if the fact that he's unable to relate to anything, the other sounds so sincere to him in a vaguely disconcerting way.
